Unilever-owned Cif cleans up podcast swearing to boost brand visibility in Brazil /
In Brazil, one cleaning brand has found a clever way to insert itself into culture by scrubbing swear words from podcasts.
Unilever-owned Cif is turning traditional censorship into a branding opp. With the help of Droga5 São Paulo, it’s replacing the standard ‘beep’ with its own branded sound, ‘CIIIIIF’, on some of the country’s most popular podcasts and live streams.
The idea taps into a pain point in audio content – profanities can get your podcasts de-monetised – and uses it as a moment of playful utility. From comedy podcasts to sports live streams, Cif is showing up in an unexpected way, reaching a young, highly engaged audience without disrupting the entertainment.

How do you turn a condiment into a conversation? McDonald's Nordics delivered with Pickle it Forward.
Collaborating with Copenhagen-based agency NORD DDB CPH, the fast-food giant invited customers to drop unwanted pickles from their orders into a shared digital ‘pickle bank’ for fans to claim.
Running across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, the campaign tapped into the classic ‘Harness Hate’ tactic – giving diners on both sides of the pickle debate a seat at the table. Haters mocked, lovers rallied and healthy friction kept the conversation going.
Love or loathe fermented cucumbers, McDonald’s recognised every taste and turned opposing opinions into an engine for engagement.

Schedule a mindfulness break!
Breaks boost efficiency and reduce stress, but adding mindfulness naturally elevates a break (and your dopamine levels too).
So whether it's a deep-breathing exercise or a quick walk, digesting a healthy, yummy snack, or soaking in some incredible Black History Month content, doing something intentional with your lunch, or calling a friend - these moments of joy can work wonders in your week!

(Probably one of the worst answers in an interview by the way 😂), but it's true! For someone who rarely achieves perfection, I absolutely love it!!!!
And you can practice every single detail or every word you want to say but when you're in the moment, the real you comes through!

But IMO when switching 'Practice Makes Perfect' to 'Practice Makes Progress'—here's what changes:
1️⃣ We embrace imperfection: No more pressure to be flawless! Progress means celebrating each step, even if it's a stumble or two.
2️⃣ We enjoy the journey: It's not just about the destination anymore. With progress, every practice session leads to unexpected discoveries.
3️⃣ We break free from perfectionism: Progress lets you focus on improvement, innovation, and the joy of mastering your craft, one step at a time. 💪✨

November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. It's also known as Movember, as men grow mustaches to raise awareness of men’s health conditions, both mental and physical.
So, whilst I have no plans to grow a mustache🥸, I want to raise awareness through my creativity, specifically this piece I called 'Stigma'.
Stigma often makes it tough for men to seek mental health support openly, leading some to hide their emotions. However, mental health issues are no different from physical health, and seeking support or therapy is as reasonable as consulting a doctor about a broken arm.
We're talking about mental health more now than ever, so hoping things will change but in the meantime, check in on the men in your life🙏...
