In this day and age, we're always on the move. Even when we are told to stay home, to protect ourselves from something like a pandemic, as humans, we have the urge to keep on moving!
And the more we move on with our day to day lives, the more likely we are to encounter stressful situations that can lead to a whole range of health issues.
I wrote this book to provide cost-effective, simple strategies to reduce the effects of stress like anxiety and depression, and also try to stop stress in its tracks.
